Boing Boing is a technical skill found in The Legend of Dark Witch 2. It is the signature skill of Kuito.
Effect
The skill is virtually identical in the bossfight with Kuito versus when the player uses it. When Boing Boing is fired, it will bounce up and down, even bouncing off of any solid surfaces it comes across. When used by the player, Boing Boing will stop once it collides with an enemy or after a few seconds has passed.
Super Effective
Boing Boing is the weakness of Herbert in The Legend of Dark Witch 2. On top of dealing more damage, it will also stun her for a few seconds.
Upgrade
Like the other weapons in The Legend of Dark Witch 2, Boing Boing can be upgraded to make it stronger. Upgrading Boing Boing will cause it to explode into projectiles after it has collided with an enemy.
Rudymical
Boing Boings appear frequently in the Rudymical minigame present in the Legend of Dark Witch series, as an object to strike in time with the rhythm. In Dark Witch Music Episode: Rudymical, Boing Boings of multiple colors will appear corresponding to a different direction to strike. The Rudymical minigame made an appearance in The Legend of Dark Witch 3, making this game the most recent appearance of Boing Boing.
Dark Witch Connect!
Boing Boings also appear in Dark Witch Connect as an item that spawns alongside the character portraits. Unlike the character portraits, however, they cannot be connected to each other. Instead, tapping the Boing Boing will destroy any character blocks within a 3 x 3 square around it. If any other Boing Boings are in this blast radius, they will also explode, allowing the opportunity to chain explosions if a lot of them are next to each other.
